Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $93,000.00 - $109,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Digital Transformation initiatives supporting Commercial Banking.

Work Schedule
  • Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Essential Functions
  • Define and execute the Commercial Banking Technology strategy, roadmap, and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational priorities, and customer needs
  • Partner with line-of-business leaders and technology teams to establish priorities, evaluate opportunities, and drive strategic technology investments
  • Lead governance, demand management, and portfolio prioritization processes to ensure resources and investments are focused on the highest-value initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, providing strategic guidance, facilitating decision-making, and identifying opportunities to improve business performance
  • Drive digital transformation and business process modernization efforts by designing future-state capabilities and promoting continuous improvement across Commercial Banking
  • Facilitate presentations and strategy sessions to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective communication of key initiatives, risks, and outcomes
  • Provide strategic oversight of technology delivery, including product backlogs, Agile execution, and project portfolios, ensuring successful achievement of business goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and external vendors to support innovation, operational effectiveness, and successful project outcomes
  • Oversee financial, contract, procurement, and vendor management activities to ensure compliance with organizational standards and budget objectives
  • Oversee department workflow and effectively communicate decisions, priorities and relevant information to team members
  • Provide guidance to team members on departmental projects/issues, coach and develop training plans, lead development conversations and answer day-to-day questions for team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
  • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, product management, and project management practices, with the ability to develop work plans, manage priorities, obtain approvals, and successfully deliver strategic initiatives
  • Knowledge of business analysis, process improvement, technology governance, and digital transformation principles
  • Knowledge of Commercial Banking products, services, operations, and supporting technology platforms
  • Proven ability to influence, advise, and build consensus with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business challenges, leverage data and insights, and synthesize information from multiple sources into actionable recommendations and strategic direction
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technology strategies, roadmaps, and transformation initiatives that align organizational objectives and business priorities
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts, lead discussions, resolve conflicts, and build alignment among executive management, business partners, technology teams, and external vendors
  • Ability to develop and coach team members with proven ability to achieve results through collaboration and teamwork
  • Self-starter with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the company, clearly expressing ideas and concepts, both verbally and in writing

  • Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook


Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 3+ years of process engineering required
  • 1+ years of leadership experience required
  • 2+ years leading or participating in a digital transformation projects preferred
