Squamish Nation's Yúustway Health and Wellness Department is seeking a Team Lead, Registered Nurse, Home and Community Care to oversee essential services that support the health and well-being of our members. What You'll Do
  • Lead and supervise the Home and Community Care (HCC) team, including Nurse Assessors, Senior HCAs, and the Client Care Coordinator.
  • Ensure the smooth daily operations of the HCC program, focusing on quality home care services.
  • Support the Manager in implementing Client Care Plans and ensuring high client satisfaction and standards of care.
  • Monitor adherence to policies, regulations, and safety protocols related to Home and Community Care.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Foster a culturally safe and supportive environment for both clients and staff, respecting the Squamish worldview.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor team members to ensure excellence in service delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions and records management.

Salary: $80,026 - $120,040
