Full Job Description
We are looking for a CRM Team Lead who will report to the Global CRM Marketing Automation manager to strengthen the customer experience through strong customer relationship management activations. You will lead a newly created team of experts in various countries and time zones. Therefore, you will be responsible for CRM operations and the flawless execution of the campaigns and running processes. You will be building a growth path and the vision of your workstream to support the delivery of the various strategies and campaign deployments contributing to the department's ambitions.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Leadership & guidance: Set direction for the team and ensure everyone understands goals and priorities. Act as a role model for behavior, communication, and performance standards.
  • Task & projects: Assign tasks based on team members' strengths and workloads. Monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate & Communication: Act as the main point of contact between the team and upper management or other teams. Communicate decisions, updates, and expectations clearly.
  • Performance and Development: Mentor, coach, and support team members' professional growth. Provide feedback (both positive and constructive) regularly. Quality assurance, best practices.
  • Administration & Operations: Oversee team budgets, invoice approvals, agency deliverables and documentation, contracts, and other operational activities. Ensure administrative processes are efficient, compliant, and well managed to support the team's objectives and business priorities.


YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Salesforce or Adobe Campaign knowledge: Understanding of system capabilities of sales cloud, service cloud, bot & generative AI, Adobe Campaign Classic
  • Autonomous, proactive & problem solving: Demonstrated ability to move forward without a clear process or route. Skilled in building new processes and ways of working
  • Business oriented: Understand the impact of various journeys & campaigns on business, measure results, and present strategic recommendations to support goals & objectives
  • Adaptability: Curious and always looking for new business opportunities, able to navigate in a complex multi-stream business environment
  • Team management: Identifying resource needs (people, tools, time) and advocating for them. At least 10 years in digital environment roles & past leadership experience.
  • Communication: Stellar interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working harmoniously with multiple teams, especially to translate a product functionality into a business/user impact
