SOSi is seeking a highly qualified senior-level Team Lead to support a designated headquarters integration office on a contract in the NCR. This Team Lead is designated key personnel and serves as the management and technical lead for all contractor personnel performing functions in support of designated integration office. The Team Lead is responsible for providing senior-level subject matter expertise in strategic oversight, integration, and coordination across intelligence operations, completing complicated or complex tasks independently, and leading or directing the work of contractor personnel assigned to designated headquarters integration office. The Team Lead works directly for and supports the overall TO Program Manager (PM), coordinating the day-to-day execution of analytic and analytic-enabling support, ensuring the timely and high-quality production of intelligence products in accordance with applicable Directives, SOPs, and applicable tradecraft standards. The Team Lead ensures that assigned personnel meet performance objectives, maintains effective relationships with customers and stakeholders, and serves as a primary technical point of contact for designated headquarters integration office. The Team Lead supports staffing continuity and assists the PM in managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk within designated headquarters integration office.

Essential Job Duties
  • Serve as the management and technical lead for all contractor personnel performing functions in support of designated headquarters integration office.
  • Provide senior-level subject matter expertise in business process, data science, content/graphics, and knowledge/program management, completing complicated or complex tasks independently.
  • Lead or direct the work of contractor personnel assigned to designated headquarters integration office, ensuring effective coordination and task execution.
  • Support the overall TO Program Manager and serve as the primary technical point of contact for designated headquarters integration office.
  • Oversee the day-to-day production and dissemination of intelligence products in accordance with analytic tradecraft standards, ICD 203/206.
  • Ensure assigned personnel meet contract performance objectives and quality standards.
  • Assist the PM in managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk within designated headquarters integration office.
  • Support staffing continuity, ensuring no position within designated headquarters integration office remains vacant more than 30 calendar days without an excusable delay.
  • Coordinate assignment of tasks to contractor personnel within designated headquarters integration office in support of Government requirements.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, the COR, and stakeholders within the designated headquarters integration office.
  • Coordinate with the PM and other Team Leads to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources and cross-center integration.
  • Support surge and optional task requirements within the designated headquarters integration office upon Government authorization.
  • Contribute to the timely, accurate delivery of contract deliverables (e.g., status reports, records of meetings) in accordance with the CDRLs.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with applicable ICDs and Intelligence agency SOPs.
  • Be readily available to respond to customers' inquiries and proactively alert the PM and customer to potential technical or programmatic issues.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Intelligence, National Security).
  • 10+ years of intelligence analysis, program management, or analytic-enabling experience.
  • Experience supporting Intelligence and Defense Agencies.
  • Experience with NSS/NDS alignment and strategic competition priorities.
  • Prior experience serving as a Team Lead, project manager, or first-line supervisor on a government intelligence contract.
  • Deep functional expertise in enterprise integration, intelligence business processes, mission integration guidance (MIG), performance metrics, and knowledge management.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, or equivalent IC analytic tradecraft certifications).
  • Experience integrating multi-disciplinary intelligence (all-source, C4I, cyber, HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Intelligence analytic production systems (e.g., MARS/MIDB).
  • (No foreign language requirement for this functional office.)

Preferred Qualications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Intelligence, National Security).
