Position Summary:

The Team Lead - Integrations is responsible for leading the integration team in delivering scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions that align with organizational goals. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, driving efficiency, compliance, and process improvements while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. The Team Lead mentors team members, partners across functions, and ensures successful delivery of projects and services. Has strong integration experience across frontend and backend technologies, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices, with a passion for automation and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate team schedules, workloads, and resource allocation to meet business needs.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support team members to achieve goals and deliverables.
  • Monitor daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements for efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues to ensure operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
  • Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on progress and challenges.
  • Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to optimize productivity.
  • Ensure best practices in documentation, technical processes, and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure adherence to Enterprise Architecture, standards, and policies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, project status, and key outcomes.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align technical solutions with business objectives.

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance applications using .NET and Azure Web Services.
  • Oversee the building and maintenance of RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Ensure efficient, clean, and maintainable .NET/Azure code through best practices and code reviews.
  • Guide the development and implementation of secure API access using OAuth2 and Azure AD authentication.
  • Lead deployment and management of applications on Azure App Services, Azure Container Apps, or Azure Functions.
  • Guide the implementation of event-driven architectures using Azure Service Bus.
  • Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB).
  • Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Develop and oversee containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes or similar

Required Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in one or more technology domains and the related technical skills.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading teams.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or a related field; or a combination of professional experience that demonstrates equivalent knowledge and capability.

Skills Required:
  • Certifications - At least one of the following: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.

  • Skilled in microservices and API development using REST, GraphQL, Swagger, and OpenAPI.
  • Knowledgeable in databases including Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, MongoDB, and Redis.
  • Experienced with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications Preferred:
  • Experience - Financial Services, Auto Lending, or Automotive.
  • Education - Master's degree in STEM or Business.
  • Certifications - Mulesoft Certified Developer

Overtime required - N/A.

Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis.

Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX.

Travel requirements are estimated at 0-10%.
