Job Role: Team Lead, Global Mid-Market
Location: Toronto, Canada - Hybrid (3 days in office)
The Role:We're looking for a dynamic leader to head EZRA's North American Mid-Market Accounts team. You'll guide a team of Mid Market Account Managers to build strategic customer relationships, scale coaching across organisations, and unlock meaningful revenue growth.
Reporting to the Global VP, Mid-Market, you'll play a key role in shaping our sales strategy and elevating the Mid-Market customer experience across the region.
What You'll Do:Drive Growth- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Mid-Market Account Managers.
- Set and execute growth strategies across a portfolio of global accounts.
- Oversee pipeline health, quotas, revenue activation plans and deal strategy.
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders to identify new opportunities.
- Represent EZRA as a trusted partner within your portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Solutions and other key teams to grow strategic accounts.
Lead & Develop the Team- Recruit, onboard and develop top-tier talent.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and performance excellence.
- Ensure consistent execution of EZRA's sales and customer lifecycle practices.
Measure & Improve Performance- Work with RevOps and the Global VP to define and track key operational metrics.
- Drive regular performance reviews and share insights with the executive team.
- Improve team efficiency through better processes and smarter use of tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Enable Growth Across the Customer Journey- Support your team across onboarding, training, renewals, professional services and expansion opportunities.
- Champion a retention-first mindset that drives cross-sell and upsell success.
Inspire Company-Wide Growth- Embed the Mid-Market growth strategy across your portfolio.
- Partner with Product and Customer Experience to influence roadmaps and solutions.
- Align with global revenue leaders on goals, metrics and priorities.
About You- 3+ years' Mid-Market sales or CSM experience, with a track record of growing customer relationships.
- 5+ years in business development or Customer Success.
- 2+ years leading teams, developing talent and managing performance.
- Strong background in HR consulting, leadership development or L&D.
- Proficient with sales systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Exceptional communication, storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a creative approach to growth.
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
