YOUR IMPACT You're expected to innovate, not just maintain the status quo. You will work on high-impact strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing client value within the technology and managed services industry. You will contribute to the evolution and implementation of key practices and platforms (e.g., Cloud, ServiceNow, or other engagement management tools) across leading global organizations, and your success will be measured by your team's engagement and performance, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement of processes and operational outcomes.
YOUR TEAM We hire top talent and give them the space to thrive. You will work closely with the Managed Services team, reporting to the Engagement Management Director. No ego, just smart, collaborative people solving complex challenges together, alongside cross-functional teams (delivery, solutions, platforms) whose mission is to deliver high-quality services, optimize operational performance, and maximize client value.
WHAT TO EXPECT Your day to day will look like this:
- Leadership & wellbeing: Support and guide Engagement Managers (EMs), ensuring engagement, workload balance, and a positive team environment.
- Coaching & performance: Provide ongoing coaching (1:1s, feedback, performance tracking), drive skill development and career growth.
- Engagement & satisfaction: Monitor and improve eSAT, foster retention, recognition, and a strong sense of belonging.
- Onboarding & development: Ensure structured onboarding for new EMs with training, mentorship, and support toward full autonomy.
- Alignment & outcomes: Act as a bridge with Managed Services leadership, improve processes, and deliver on key success metrics (retention, satisfaction, performance, certifications).

- Leadership & coaching: Strong team leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities.
- Domain expertise: Solid mastery of engagement management practices, as well as onboarding, team enablement, and career development.
- Communication & relationships: Strong bilingual communication (EN/FR), with proven ability in relationship management and conflict resolution.
- Behavioral strengths: Leadership, organizational skills, results-driven mindset, combined with a strategic and empathetic approach.
- Education & experience: Relevant bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in leadership roles, with certifications (coaching, project management, platform specialization) as strong assets.
- If english is required: "English is required to communicate with clients and partners located outside Quebec."
