Overview:

Sentara Heart Hospital is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Team Lead for our Electrophysiology Lab.

Position Status:

Full Time, Days, minimal call time

Position Location:

Norfolk, VA- Heart Hospital connected to Norfolk General Hospital

Hourly Range: $32.13-$53

Overview

Serves as a senior expert in the utilization of specialized equipment and under the supervision of a qualified physician and assists in the performance of cardiac and vascular procedures. Resulting in an accurate diagnosis and/or optimal treatment to maintain patient safety and comfort. The lead tech is responsible for the coordination of daily operations in the Heart and Vascular Center. Contributes to the success of the hospital through achievement of system, hospitals, and divisional goals. Provides leadership and administers human resource policies and practices in a multi skilled, multi-functional environment.

Education
  • High School Grad or Equivalent (required)
  • Trade School Graduate (required)


Certification/Licensure
  • RCIS or RCES (required)
  • BLS (required within 90 days)
  • ACLS (required within 90 days)


Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience (required)
