Team Lead
Position Summary
We're looking for a Team Lead to own and grow our Flex Services practice - someone who can run it like a business and still roll up their sleeves in the technology. This is a player-coach role: you'll carry commercial accountability for the practice (P&L, utilization, margin, and growth) while staying hands-on in the delivery of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions. The right person is equally credible in front of a client executive talking strategy and alongside the delivery team solving a real technical problem - a leader who builds long-term client relationships, grows the business, and never loses touch with the work itself.
Position Responsibilities
• Carry commercial accountability for the practice - own the P&L, utilization, margin, and growth, treating the practice as a business unit rather than just a delivery function
• Lead and evolve Elantis' Flex Services offerings, driving operational maturity and continuous improvement.
• Act as the senior team lead and trusted advisor for our Flex Services clients, with a focus on long-term partnership and business value.
• Oversee service quality, KPIs, and performance, including utilization, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Lead sprint planning, resource allocation, and capacity management across the practice.
• Align Delivery and Project teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation within client environments.
• Mentor and develop the delivery team while fostering accountability and operational ownership.
• Stay hands-on in delivery - roll up your sleeves alongside the team on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions, setting the technical standard rather than leading purely from an operational distance
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Leadership to support business growth and strategic objectives
Skills & Qualifications
• Direct, hands-on delivery experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint - not just leading teams in a Microsoft environment, but having personally delivered and configured solutions on the platform. This is essential; the role requires real depth on both the delivery and technology side of M365/SharePoint.
• Hands-on technical experience across the wider Microsoft stack - Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, Purview, Dynamics 365, and/or Azure - with the ability to get into the weeds and solve problems with the delivery team.
• Commercial and P&L awareness - experience owning or influencing the financial performance of a practice, account, or service line (revenue, margin, utilization), not solely delivery outcomes.
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and drive service delivery excellence.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, sprint planning, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise confidently at all levels.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Security, M365, Azure, or Dynamics 365) are considered a strong asset.
Benefits
• Competitive compensation and bonus structure
• Paid vacation and holiday program designed to support work-life balance
• Flexible hybrid work arrangements
• Paid mobility/cell phone support
• Competitive health benefits, fully paid by Elantis
• Mentorship and strong opportunities for career growth and advancement
