Mississauga lab, this role places you at the forefront of construction materials engineering, leading a skilled team that supports some of the region's most complex and high-profile infrastructure and transportation projects across the GTA and Southwest Ontario.

- Oversee project execution for major infrastructure and transportation initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate innovative materials solutions into complex projects.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency across all operations.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts within the region.
The Skills That Set You Apart- More than 8 years of experience in construction materials engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario (or eligibility to obtain).
- Proven expertise in materials testing, quality control, and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry standards and software tools such as AutoCAD.
- A passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams while delivering projects that make a real impact.
CompensationBC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $112,100 - $154,400
MB & ON: $112,100 - $154,400
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $111,000 - $147,400
