This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing the AR process end-to-end, from customer onboarding and billing through collections, cash application, reconciliations, escalation, and reporting. You will establish priorities, monitor performance, resolve complex issues, and ensure the AR function operates efficiently and consistently.

Working closely with Finance, Agents, Talent Management, Operations, and customers, you will act as a key point of escalation for outstanding payments and collection matters. You will also support the development of the AR team and continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and reporting.

  • Escalation Management: Establish and manage escalation processes for overdue accounts, disputes, payment delays, and complex collection matters.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact with Agents, Talent Management, Operations, and other internal teams when payment or billing issues impact clients, talents, or business operations.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Prioritize the team's workload, provide day-to-day guidance, and support the development and autonomy of AR team members.
  • KPI & Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor relevant AR KPIs, including aging, DSO, collection performance, outstanding balances, and other indicators of financial health.
  • Reporting & Visibility: Develop and maintain effective monitoring tools and reporting to provide Finance leadership with clear visibility into AR performance and collection risks.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and strengthen AR workflows, systems, and internal controls, including NetSuite enhancements.
  • Hands-On Expertise: Remain sufficiently involved in day-to-day AR operations to resolve complex matters, support the team, and ensure continuity when required.
