Job Description:Key Responsibilities:- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software design and architecture to enhance solution robustness and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals and project timelines.
- Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions that improve system performance and scalability.
- Contribute to the evolution of development processes and tools to increase efficiency and quality across projects.
Basic Qualifications:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in cloud platforms, with AWS as the primary platform and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, AWS SDK, DynamoDB, RDS, ECS, EKS, OpenSearch, IAM, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with architecture patterns, including microservices, event-driven, serverless, and distributed systems.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with data and API integration technologies, including FastAPI, OAuth 2.0, OpenAPI, and Amazon API Gateway.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with DevOps tools and practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD.
- Minimum of 2 years of programming experience with Python, SQL, Java, and TypeScript.
- HS Diploma / GED.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with generative AI technologies, including embedding models, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, LangChain, and PyTorch.
- Experience with agentic AI technologies, including Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, multi-agent orchestration, Agent-to-Agent protocol, Model Context Protocol, and AWS Strands Agents.
