PAY RANGE: Licensed Salary Schedule; $63,301 - $128,842 Annual Salary

CALENDAR: 190 Days

REPORTS TO: School Director/Principal

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Have a commitment to raising achievement for all students, including English Language Learners and those who are performing below grade level.
  2. Design and promote a rigorous culture of learning in the classroom and school with both students and staff.
  3. Modelling and instilling Habits of Mind to contribute to a supportive culture for all.
  4. Demonstrate and model high expectations and successful relationship strategies for all students to succeed.
  5. Design and deliver instructional plans based on the Colorado Academic Standards that are purposeful, engaging, and meet the differentiated needs of all students. Use district-adopted curricular resources. Conduct formative assessments that guide instruction.
  6. Establish and document two-way communication with parents and students about their progress towards grade-level expectations.
  7. Willingness to collaborate and seek solutions with colleagues.
  8. Participate in professional development and apply new learning gained.
  9. Demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges.
  10. Other duties as assigned.

TRAINING:
  • Mandatory Title IX training is required by the Colorado Department of Education and for all public-school employees. Title IX training addresses harassment, discrimination, and bullying. Completing these mandatory Title IX training courses ensure we are meeting state requirements while continuing to foster a culture of safety and belonging across our schools.
  • You will have two mandatory training courses that must be completed within 30 days of your date of hire and are required to be completed on your own time.
