Job Duties:

Monitor the health and security of cloud, enterprise architecture domain, and network services.
Set priorities and assign work to analysts and architects; remove roadblocks.
Review and approve team deliverables (reports, designs, proposals) for quality and completeness.
Advance projects: maintain schedules, align resources, and minimize impact on agency operations.
Track emerging technologies; recommend upgrades or acquisitions that improve reliability and security.
Monitor budgets and spending; request adjustments when needed.
Coordinate with vendors; enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs), escalate issues, and troubleshoot to resolution.
Lead and develop staff through coaching, technical guidance, and training plans.
