Job Duties (DAYTODAY functions):

¿ Provides leadership, direction, and oversight for the Business Analysis team.
¿ Coaches and mentors BA Supervisors, supporting them in developing, mentoring, and managing their assigned Business Analysts.
¿ Establishes clear expectations for BA practices, deliverables, quality, productivity, communication, and professional conduct.
¿ Reviews BA workloads and assignments across projects to balance resources, identify capacity constraints, and address potential project risks.
¿ Ensures Business Analysts consistently apply established standards, templates, processes, and requirements documentation practices.
¿ Oversees the quality of business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, traceability, and related BA deliverables.
¿ Works with project managers, development managers, architects, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure business needs are accurately understood.
¿ Monitors BA performance, project assignments, deliverables, and organizational metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
¿ Identifies training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to strengthen BA skills and improve organizational capability.
¿ Provides leadership with regular status updates, early notification of risks, and actionable recommendations for addressing issues and improving outcomes.
