Job Duties:

In this role, you will help direct the daily operations of the Enterprise Applications and Information Systems Management departments, guiding goalsetting, procedures, and program coordination to keep everything running smoothly. You will plan schedules and priorities, review and manage budgets, monitor spending, and support the team through effective staff supervision. The position operates with minimal supervision, giving you extensive room to use your judgment, initiative, and leadership to move projects forward.

You'd be a GOOD fit if:

You have strong knowledge of public administration and management principles, understand applicable state and federal laws and regulations, and are familiar with current data and network communications technologies. You also know the agency's organizational structure, policies, and procedures, and can communicate clearly, coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders, and direct and organize program activities. You are skilled at setting program goals, developing and evaluating policies, solving administrative problems, interpreting and applying regulations, reviewing technical data, preparing technical reports, evaluating new technical developments, managing budgets, speaking confidently in public, and supervising the work of others.
