Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum four years experience in a gaming establishment.
• Three years of guest service experience required.
• Two years of supervisory/management experience in Table Games.
• Two years dealing experience in two major table games.
• One year experience using Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of all Table Games policies, procedures, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Floor Supervisors overseeing Table Games Dealers.
• Coordinate and evaluate the Table Games Department operations.
• Plan and direct work for the Table Games team during shifts.
• Appraise performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Address complaints and resolve problems effectively.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable gaming laws.
• Oversee and manage all gaming departments on shift.
