About the Role

As a Tax Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to gain experience, exposure, and rewards that fulfill your purpose and offer flexibility to balance your work and personal life. In this role, you'll be a key player within our Tax team, working alongside subject matter experts with deep knowledge in the accounting industry. You'll be instrumental in building strong relationships with our clients and collaborating with senior leaders to deliver quality solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Perform in-charge role on tax client engagements and deliver strategic planning projections for business clients and their owners.
  • Tackle complex tax returns with confidence and expertise, working independently while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide reviews of small to medium sized tax returns for closely held businesses and their owners.
  • Identify and resolve tax challenges, researching key issues to support informed decisions.
  • Lead and mentor tax associates and seniors, overseeing workflows, evaluating progress, and offering constructive guidance and solutions.
  • Bring energy and excellence to the team, providing the highest quality of service.
  • Stay ahead of the curve, track and adapt to evolving tax laws and changes.
  • Engage in high-impact consulting, providing tailored solutions for large private and public companies.
  • Sharpen expertise through targeted software training and professional development courses.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Licensed CPA
  • At least five years of recent public accounting experience with an emphasis in tax
  • Experience with planning, compliance, and research
  • Strong background with Tax methodologies and techniques
  • Ability to build relationships while asking tough questions
  • Strong time management, problem solving and organizational skills
