Full Job Description
Tax Supervisor in Flowthrough , you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and building strategies to help develop and maintain relationships with clients throughout the tax process. Our Flowthrough Tax Practice specializes in partnerships, LLCs, and S corporations across diverse industries such as real estate, venture capital, private equity, crypto, and consumer goods.

Note: If you resides close to a BPM office we require a hybrid work schedule (2-3 days in the office)

  • Engagement Management
  • Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Review work prepared by tax seniors and associates, providing feedback and guidance.


  • Leadership & Mentorship
  • Train, mentor, and motivate junior team members.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and support professional development initiatives.
  • Champion sustainable workplace practices by supporting remote-first operations, promoting paperless workflows through digital collaboration tools, participating in recycling initiatives to minimize paper use, and consistently demonstrate alignment with BPM's values.

$95,000 - $115,000 a year

*The salary range provided is intended for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who meet the minimum requirements of the position. Candidates who do not reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, do not meet the minimum requirements, or exceed the requirements are encouraged to apply and a recruiter will provide you with a range specific to your location and qualifications.
