Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Performs compilations and reviews for clients in various industries.
Project manages one or more client assignments simultaneously with effective use of project management techniques and organization of resources to ensure achievement of assignment objectives.
Performs a detailed review of the assignment team's work to ensure quality, thoroughness and completion of assignment tasks within agreed timeframes.
Reviews trial balance and general ledgers for businesses
Prepare applicable tax returns or review applicable returns prepared by junior staff
Interact closely with clients to provide innovative tax planning, consulting and compliance services in a timely and effective manner
Ensure complete client satisfaction through open communication, managing expectations, and meeting deadlines
A track record of delivering quality work for clients; demonstrating an understanding of the client's business and relevant professional standards and maintaining excellent client relationships
A proven ability to use the provision of compliance services as an opportunity to identify further relevant issues and identify new opportunities
Creative problem-solving including ability to identify, recommend and implement solutions using multiple sources of information for tax related client issues
