Full Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Preparation and review of tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, S and C-corporations
  • Familiarity with Subchapter K rules
  • Ability to identify and research common tax issues that arise in client engagements
  • Identify key planning opportunities throughout the year and develop a framework for tax strategies that best align with client needs and goals
  • Assist in identifying and promoting the development of new delivery capabilities and/or channels to satisfy evolving market requirements
  • Support the partner team in the development and planning of practice strategy, objectives, and budgets
  • Build on strong coaching skills to mentor key talent


Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of US tax consulting/compliance experience within public accounting
  • Experience with a wide variety of entity types
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills


Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Taxation
  • CPA or equivalent credential


Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $80,800 - $121,500. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
