In this role, you will report to the Managing Partner, providing tax planning and preparation, financial planning, and investment management services to a broad range of clients.
Responsibilities will include:- Review and prepare tax returns and provide guidance and technical advice on complex tax issues to high-net-worth individuals, families, and their businesses to help maximize tax efficiency
- Stay current on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify tax planning opportunities
- Educate clients on various wealth management topics
- Provide wealth planning services to clients, including income tax, estate, wealth transfer, cash flow, retirement, and Social Security planning
- Conduct business development activities to attract new clients
Experience and Skills- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA designation and a desire to add PFS (through AICPA) or CFP financial planning designation
- 5-6+ years of experience in accounting, including 4+ years in public accounting
- Desire to grow professionally and attain Sr. Manager and Partner roles
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), including the ability to explain complex tax issues
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Base salary typically starts between $140k and $185k, plus an annual bonus and a generous benefits package.
