ROLE : TAX MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER / DIRECTOR
Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Hybrid -Onsite Peak Season)
Compensation: $90,000 - $160,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Responsibilities:
Lead tax compliance and planning for businesses and high-net-worth individuals
Manage client relationships and mentor junior staff
Review complex tax returns - Forms 1120, 1065, 1040, 1041, 990

Qualifications:
10+ years progressive public accounting experience
CPA preferred but not required
