POSITION: TAX MANAGER (PARTNER TRACK)
HIGH NET WORTH TAX

LOCATION: BERGEN COUNTY, NJ
COMPENSATION: UP TO $250K DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE + PARTNERSHIP PERKS


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • CPA required
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive public accounting experience, with a strong focus on high-net-worth individual, trust, and estate taxation
  • Proven track record managing, growing, and retaining a substantial client book
  • Strong technical knowledge of complex individual, trust, and fiduciary tax matters
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including staff supervision and mentorship
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to take over and retain an existing high-net-worth client base

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assume ownership of an existing $2 million+ book of business as a retiring partner transitions out
  • Review and oversee complex tax returns and planning for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates
  • Serve as primary relationship owner for an established client base, strengthening and expanding those relationships
  • Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services tailored to high-net-worth clients
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff, overseeing workflow and quality control
  • Collaborate with firm partners on client service strategy and practice growth
