Lead talent. Strengthen reporting. Drive results. As a Tax Analyst Team Lead, you'll develop a team of analysts while overseeing the reporting and tools that support Uline's Tax operations. Partner with department leadership to enhance processes, translate tax data into actionable insights and help drive success across our growing North American company.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of analysts, responsible for analyzing tax data to identify trends, improve reporting and deliver insights that drive informed business decisions.
- Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback, guidance and support.
- Review team reporting and analyses to ensure quality, accuracy and data integrity.
- Monitor workflow and team performance to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
- Partner with department management to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 2+ years of analyst experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel. Knowledge in Power BI a plus.
- Strong multi-tasking, interpersonal and communication skills.
