Responsibilities & Qualifications

We areseekingan Task Area Program Manager for a DOS contract.

The Task Area Program Manager Leads and manages a specific task area (e.g., Endpoint Management, IT Operations, Engineering Services). Responsible for delivery of all requirements within the assigned area, alignment with Department business lines, and supervision of project managers and technical staff.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience managing IT projects or programs, with at least 3 years in a federal environment
  • Experience supervising technical teams and managing budgets
  • Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

Certifications

  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred

Education

  • Bachelor9s degree in a relevant field

Clearance

  • ActiveTop Secretsecurity clearance as required by the contract

WAGE INFORMATION

Target salary range: $130,000 - $170,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual9s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
