Job DescriptionWe are looking for a
Targeting Officer, to join our intelligence program supporting a key government sponsor in Northern Virginia!
The Targeting Officer shall demonstrate the following capabilities:- Review and analyze specialized data for intelligence leads
- Draft comprehensive targeting packages to support client objectives
- Engage diverse stakeholders to address requirements and generate new leads for exploitation
- Conduct detailed searches on items of interest and communicate pertinent data to relevant customer components through various written reports and briefings.
- Leverage customer collection platforms to identify and mitigate intelligence gaps in support of tactical and operational objectives.
- Create, review, and process all-source intelligence, demonstrating the ability to conduct research, analysis, and reporting across all disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, and technical data).
Qualifications:Level 5
- Twenty (20) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
- Tradecraft-related work experience
- Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
- Proficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer mission
- Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work
*** Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a college degree ***
Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.Pay Range: Competitive
