We are actively seeking Targeting Officers at all levels (1 to 20+ years of experience)with a current
TS/SCI w/Polygraph to collaborate with a team of intelligence professionals in support of operations against priority targets. Candidates will be responsible for identifying targeting leads to enable a variety of intelligence operations. Successful candidates will be able to produce detailed targeting packages. Work occurs at client sites in Northern Virginia.
Responsibilities:- Review specialized data for intelligence leads
- Draft comprehensive targeting packages in support of the client's objectives
- Engage a variety of stakeholders to address requirements and develop new leads for exploitation
- Conduct detailed searches on items of interest and relay pertinent data to relevant customer components in a variety of written and briefing formats
Basic Qualifications:- All positions require possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates who do not possess this clearance will be disqualified.
- Typically requires a BA degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer mission
- Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work is required
- Prior experience in supporting national security operations
- Familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
- Demonstrated ability to work on several tasks concurrently
- Strong analytic writing and editing skills

- Experience supporting senior decision makers

Pay Range:Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
