Full Job Description
We are actively seeking Targeting Officers at all levels (1 to 20+ years of experience)with a current TS/SCI w/Polygraph to collaborate with a team of intelligence professionals in support of operations against priority targets. Candidates will be responsible for identifying targeting leads to enable a variety of intelligence operations. Successful candidates will be able to produce detailed targeting packages. Work occurs at client sites in Northern Virginia.

Responsibilities:
  • Review specialized data for intelligence leads
  • Draft comprehensive targeting packages in support of the client's objectives
  • Engage a variety of stakeholders to address requirements and develop new leads for exploitation
  • Conduct detailed searches on items of interest and relay pertinent data to relevant customer components in a variety of written and briefing formats


Basic Qualifications:
  • All positions require possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates who do not possess this clearance will be disqualified.
  • Typically requires a BA degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer mission
  • Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work is required
  • Prior experience in supporting national security operations
  • Familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives

Pay Range:
Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
