We are looking for
Targeting Officers, at all levels, to join our intelligence program supporting a key government sponsor in Northern Virginia.
As a targeting officer, you will collaborate with intelligence professionals to support operations against priority targets. Additional support will include identifying targeting leads to enable a variety of intelligence operations. Successful candidates will be able to produce detailed targeting packages.
This posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience. All positions require possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 2-5 based off their experience and customer feedback after multiple assessments.
Basic Responsibilities:- Review specialized data for intelligence leads
- Draft comprehensive targeting packages in support of the client's objectives
- Engage a variety of stakeholders to address requirements and develop new leads for exploitation
- Conduct detailed searches on items of interest and relay pertinent data to relevant customer components in a variety of written and briefing formats.
- Use customer collection platforms to identify and reduce intelligence gaps in the pursuit of tactics and operations.
- Create, read, and process all-source intelligence, including the ability to conduct research, analysis, and reports from all disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, and technical data).
Basic Qualifications:- Proficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer mission
- Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work is required
- Prior experience in supporting national security operations
- Familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives
- Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work on several tasks concurrently
- Strong analytic writing and editing skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in team environment successfully
- Experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple offices and agencies
- Experience supporting senior decision makers
Required Qualifications:- Level 2
- Three (3) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Level 3
- Seven (7) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Level 4
- Twelve (12) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Level 5
- Twenty (20) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a college degree
Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.
