Our Deloitte Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team helps client leaders translate multifaceted risk and an evolving regulatory environment into defensible actions that strengthen, protect, and transform their organization. Work you'll do

TDNA's analyze targets and associated collection to generate Intelligence insights and leads in order to expand and enrich target knowledge and access. Relevant experience requires aspects of Intelligence Analysis (e.g. target development, social network analysis, and metadata analysis. TDNA will work on open source intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • TDNA's employ multiple analysis disciplines against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints across an array of signals, open source, commercial and technical accesses.
  • They must know and understand IC needs, their supported Agency mission, as well as the targets' culture, behaviors and communications technologies.
  • They must be skilled at pattern recognition across different data types and be able to translate technically-complex communications and collection systems to language analysts and Intelligence subject matter experts.
  • They must be proficient at learning and using a broad set of analysis tools and will create, document and teach others about new analysis tradecraft.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly REQUIRED
  • Bachelors in Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable
  • 5+ years of experience as a Target Digital Network Analyst
  • Experience using intelligence analysis tools and collection technology
  • Experience creating, documenting, and teaching others about new analysis tradecraft
  • Ability to work with different data types
  • Ability to translate technically complex communications and collection systems to language analysts and intelligence SMEs
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities within in a hybrid work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 5 days per week.

This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Maryland, Nevada, New York state, Washington DC, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,225 to $155,375.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
