Work You'll DoAs a Project - Analytics and Insights Engineer II on the team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of data to answer complex ad-hoc queries
- Developing data visualizations via PowerPoint
- Supporting and advising the Deloitte team and client on tools and techniques to improve the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of information using databases, spreadsheets, and structured queries of relational databases
- Working with client product owners to develop and prioritize technical requirements, develop testing scripts, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) of web applications

QualificationsRequired
: - 1+ years of experience in business/HR analytics
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or a related discipline
- Ability to work on site 100% of the time in Washington, D.C.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Experience in engaging with clients, eliciting requirements, and implementing analytics and visualization solutions
- Experience with data analytics or data science in a professional or academic setting
- Knowledge of designing, creating, and maintaining data analytics and visualization platforms using Microsoft Office and SharePoint
