Job DescriptionTalent Attraction is an enterprise Talent Acquisition team focused on top-of-funnel attraction activities in support of priority hiring needs across Nordstrom. We leverage market expertise, high-impact sourcing and proactive outreach strategies to secure candidates for priority roles, in partnership with our full-cycle recruiting teams.
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Attraction team, supporting Nordstrom’s Technology organization. The ideal Talent Sourcer is an effective team collaborator, problem solver, improvement guru and committed to providing an exceptional candidate experience every day. This position delivers high-quality passive talent while partnering with full-lifecycle recruiters, hiring managers and peers to engage and generate a strong pipeline of diverse technology talent.
A day in the life…Partner with full-lifecycle recruiters and hiring managers to understand technology hiring needs and translate them into targeted sourcing strategies
Proactively identify, engage and activate passive candidates using a variety of sourcing channels including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent communities and AI-powered sourcing tools
Build and manage pipelines for technology roles ranging from software engineering and data science to product and infrastructure
Surface market insights and competitive intelligence to inform sourcing strategy and advise recruiting partners
Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and continuously optimize outreach and conversion
Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in Workday ATS
You own this if you have…3+ years of sourcing for technology roles, with a proven track record of building pipelines for hard-to-find technical talent
Proficiency with current recruiting technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and Boolean search techniques; Workday experience preferred
Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing and recruiting tools and a curiosity for how emerging technology can improve talent outcomes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates and build relationships across all levels of the organization
Location:Nordstrom is able to offer remote employment of this position in all US states except AR, MS, MT, NE, NH, ND, SD, VT, WV and WY
Pay Range Details

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
California: $70,304 - $96,000 Annually, Colorado: $60,000 - $96,000 Annually, Connecticut: $60,000 - $96,000 Annually, District of Columbia: $69,000 - $110,500 Annually, Hawaii: $60,000 - $96,000 Annually, Illinois: $60,000 - $96,000 Annually, Maryland: $60,000 - $96,000 Annually, Massachusetts: $69,000 - $110,500 Annually, Minnesota: $60,000 - $96,000 Annually, Nevada: $60,000 - $96,000 Annually, New York: $75,000 - $120,000 Annually, Rhode Island: $60,000 - $96,000 Annually, Washington: $80,168 - $110,500 Annually
