Entity: Corporate Services Department: HR - Talent Acquisition Location: 3535 Market St Summary: - The Talent Program Consultant supports the technology, automation, and operational performance of the Talent Acquisition function. This role acts as a key contributor to TA systems, with a strong focus on CRM (Phenom preferred), process automation, system integrations, and data-driven optimization. - This individual partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Information Services (IS), HRIS, and external vendors to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of scalable recruiting solutions that enhance recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes. Responsibilities: TA Technology Ownership & Optimization: - Serve as the day-to-day lead for TA technology, including CRM (Phenom preferred), ATS, and related tools. - Drive system optimization, configuration, and enhancement roadmap aligned to TA strategy. - Identify and implement automation opportunities across the recruiting lifecycle (screening, scheduling, communications, workflows) in partnership with TA leadership and IS, ensuring alignment with system architecture, data integrity, and governance standards. Automation & Process Engineering: - Evaluate and recommend improvements to recruiting workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience. - Execute automation initiatives across the recruiting lifecycle (screening, scheduling, communications, workflows) in partnership with TA leadership and IS. - Leverage automation tools, AI capabilities, and CRM functionality to reduce manual effort and improve speed to hire. - Apply LEAN and continuous improvement methodologies to support process optimization. Vendor & Platform Management: - Support day-to-day relationships with TA technology and service vendors (CRM, sourcing platforms, marketing agencies, etc.). - Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and ROI; contribute insights for quarterly business reviews. - Assist in evaluating technology investments, renewals, and tool optimization opportunities. Program & Product Management: - Support execution of TA programs with a strong technology component (CRM, events, sourcing, referrals, etc.). - Translate business needs into technical requirements and assist in implementing scalable solutions. - Partner with cross-functional teams (TA, HR, Marketing, IS) to support alignment and execution of initiatives. Data, Analytics & Reporting: - Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities. - Build and maintain automated reporting and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). - Track and report on key metrics including ROI, productivity, and system adoption. Change Management & Adoption: - Support change management efforts for new tools, enhancements, and process updates. - Develop training, documentation, and communications to drive adoption. - Partner with recruiter champions to ensure successful rollout and sustained usage. Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures. Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization. Education or Equivalent Experience: - H.S. Diploma/GED is required. - 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, TA operations, HR technology, or related field is required. - Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
