  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to create recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
  • Source and attract top talent using internal mobility programs and targeted external sourcing.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process from candidate screening to onboarding.
  • Ensure data integrity in ATS, monitor recruitment metrics, and enhance the hiring experience.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment to drive innovative recruitment solutions.

Full Job Description
This position reports to:
US Country Talent Lead EL, Corp Functions

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

The work model for the role is ideally hybrid (#Li-Hybrid), but can also be remote.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Partner with the ELSE hiring managers and HR leaders to develop recruitment strategies aligned with workforce needs and business objectives.
  • Source and attract top talent through internal mobility programs, external channels, and targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, communication, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain ATS data integrity, track recruitment metrics, and deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience from requisition through onboarding.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree with at 5+years' of experience (professional Talent Acquisition experience in a high performing global organization, or an RPO (or similar) company preferred)
  • Experience with full lifecycle recruiting including job brief, developing sourcing/marketing plan, candidate outreach and development, offer and close; Workday experience highly preferred
  • Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies and techniques, including use of digital and social media; strategic mindset with a thorough understanding of business drivers and Talent Acquisition and Advancement trends within the US.
  • Prior experience working across cultures and with multi-function stakeholders.
  • Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders globally; exceptional communication skills, strong customer service orientation with proven consulting and influencing skills.
  • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $83,300 and $133,280 annually.
