Role Scope- Own the systems the talent team runs on: ATS configuration, workflows, SLAs, and reporting.
- Build automation across scheduling, referral intake, and candidate scoring so recruiters spend their hours on candidates, not admin.
- Own hiring data: pipeline dashboards, funnel metrics, and the weekly numbers leadership runs on.
- Run process changes end to end: design, document, roll out, enforce.

- Bonus: Ashby administration. SQL or Python. AI screening and scoring tools. Referral program operations.
