Job DescriptionThe HR Generalist serves as a trusted business partner to manufacturing leaders, providing support across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, learning and development, and workforce planning. This role helps build a high-performing, engaged workforce by coaching leaders, developing team capability, supporting organizational change, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and mutual respect.
In this role, you will:
HR Business Partnering- Coach leaders on onboarding, performance management, employee relations, development planning, and career growth.
- Support implementation of people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with leaders to develop action plans from engagement and culture survey results.
Talent & Workforce Planning- Support recruitment activities, hiring events, onboarding programs, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps, succession opportunities, and development needs.
Learning, Performance & Organization Effectiveness- Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Facilitate team effectiveness, leader assimilation, and change management efforts.
- Drive continuous improvement through coaching, collaboration, and problem solving.
Communication & Employee Experience- Support site communications, recognition programs, engagement activities, and community initiatives.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, accountability, teamwork, and employee ownership.
Compensation & HR Programs- Partner with leaders and Centers of Excellence on compensation, retention, and workforce solutions.
- Support implementation of HR programs and corporate initiatives at the site.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments.
- Experience in employee relations, coaching leaders, talent management, and organizational change.
- Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence, build relationships, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in team-based, high-involvement, or High Performance Work System (HPWS) environments preferred.
- Availability to work on-site.
