Work You'll DoAs a Project - Analytics and Insights Engineer III on the team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to address complex ad hoc talent management and workforce-related inquiries
- Creating clear, executive-ready data visualizations and presentations in PowerPoint to communicate insights and recommendations
- Supporting the Deloitte team and client in improving data development, collection, analysis, and reporting processes using databases, spreadsheets, and structured relational database queries
- Partnering with federal government product owners to gather, refine, and prioritize technical requirements for web-based applications and tools
- Developing test scripts and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality, usability, and alignment with business requirements
- Contributing to data-driven decision-making by ensuring accuracy, quality, and effective interpretation of workforce and talent management information

QualificationsRequired
: - 7+ years of experience with data analytics
- 1+ years of experience working with Excel
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Washington, D.C.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Experience in engaging with clients, eliciting requirements, and implementing analytics and visualization solutions
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,000 to $188,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
