Full Job Description

Behind every great hire is a great candidate experience. Our Talent Acquisition team brings exceptional talent into Match, and Talent Coordinators play a key role in making that experience feel seamless, organized, and human. From scheduling interviews to supporting candidates and hiring teams, they help ensure every interaction reflects the care and thoughtfulness that define our brand.
About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Talent Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll own interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring logistics across technical and non-technical roles.

You'll play a critical role in delivering a seamless hiring experience while helping the team operate efficiently at scale. Beyond coordination, you'll contribute to process improvements, maintain operational excellence across recruiting systems, and help create thoughtful, well-executed experiences for candidates from first touch through offer.

How you will make an impact:

  • Interview Scheduling & Coordination: Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and Executive Assistants to deliver a seamless hiring process.
  • Candidate Communication & Experience: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and ensuring a welcoming, professional experience throughout the interview process.
  • Onsite Interview Logistics: Coordinate onsite interviews, including room bookings, travel arrangements, meals, interviewer readiness, and candidate logistics.
  • Tools & Systems Management: Leverage tools such as GoodTime, Lever, Google Workspace, CodeSignal, and other recruiting systems to manage scheduling workflows with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conflict Resolution & Process Reliability: Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, navigate last-minute changes, and keep hiring processes moving forward.
  • ATS Management & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate candidate information across recruiting systems and ensure data consistency to support reporting and operational excellence.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve coordination workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Resources & Documentation: Build and maintain templates, documentation, and internal resources that support scalable and consistent recruiting practices.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with recruiters, hiring teams, and business partners on initiatives that improve recruiting operations and hiring effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years of recruiting coordination, talent operations, or similar high-volume coordination experience supporting technical and non-technical hiring.
  • Organization & Execution: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and follow-through.
  • Tools & Systems: Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever), scheduling tools (e.g., GoodTime), Google Workspace, and recruiting technologies.
  • Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem Solving & Prioritization: Ability to anticipate challenges, navigate ambiguity, and resolve issues quickly in a fast-moving environment.
  • Process Orientation: Passion for building structure, improving workflows, and creating scalable solutions.
  • Collaboration & Adaptability: Comfortable partnering cross-functionally and adjusting priorities as business needs evolve.
