Summary/Objective

An experienced and strategic Talent Attraction Leader to drive our associate branding, sourcing strategy, and candidate experience. This role is responsible for elevating our company as an employer of choice, developing innovative attraction campaigns, and leading initiatives that ensure we engage and recruit top-tier talent globally.

Essential Functions
  • Strategic Talent Attraction:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive talent attraction strategy aligned with business growth and workforce planning goals for Hospitality (Potluck/Partner concepts and La Babia)
  • Employer Branding:
    Lead employer brand positioning initiatives across digital, social, and offline platforms; partner with Marketing and Communications to ensure brand consistency.
  • Candidate Experience:
    Partner with Silver COE to design and continuously improve candidate experience from first touch to onboarding.
  • Sourcing Innovation:
    Utilize data-driven sourcing strategies, including social recruiting, job boards, partnerships, and talent communities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align attraction efforts accordingly.
  • Metrics & Reporting:
    Monitor, analyze, and report on key recruitment marketing and attraction metrics to inform decision-making.
  • COE Partnerships
  • Support Talent Management, Compliance, Total Compensation, Talent Attraction COE efforts


Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or talent marketing, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership role.
  • Proven success in building and executing employer branding or talent attraction programs.
