The opportunityTalent Analytics Lead - Assistant Director is a strategic leader within the Digital Talent & Transformation Office (DiTTO), responsible for advancing workforce intelligence capabilities that enable data-driven talent decisions across EY. This role transforms workforce, skills, recruiting, mobility, learning, and retention data into actionable insights that inform workforce strategy, talent investments, and transformation priorities.
Reporting to the Workforce Strategy & Design Leader, this role partners closely with leaders across Workforce Strategy & Design, Talent Evolution, Skills Intelligence & Operations, Talent, Finance, and business stakeholders. The Talent Analytics Lead will establish a trusted talent analytics function, providing executive-level insights, driving workforce transparency, and enabling proactive decision-making to support a future-ready workforce.
Your key responsibilitiesTalent Intelligence & Strategic Insights- Lead the development of talent analytics strategies that support DiTTO priorities and workforce transformation objectives
- Translate complex workforce data into actionable insights and recommendations for Talent and business leaders
- Identify emerging workforce trends, risks, and opportunities related to skills, talent supply, retention, mobility, and workforce capacity
- Develop executive-level analyses that inform strategic workforce planning and talent investment decisions
Analytics Solutions & Workforce Measurement- Design and oversee workforce dashboards, reporting frameworks, scorecards, and talent intelligence products
- Define and maintain key workforce metrics, performance indicators, and measurement approaches aligned to DiTTO goals
- Partner with HR technology and data teams to enhance analytics capabilities, data accessibility, and reporting automation
- Drive continuous improvement in talent data quality, governance, and consistency across workforce data sources
Leadership, Partnership & Adoption- Serve as a trusted advisor to Talent leaders and key stakeholders on workforce analytics and talent intelligence
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that integrate insights across workforce planning, talent transformation, skills intelligence, and operational decision-making
- Build organizational capability in data literacy and evidence-based talent decision-making
- Communicate insights through compelling storytelling, visualization, and executive presentations that drive action and accountability

Success in This RoleWithin your first 12-24 months, you will:
- Establish a scalable talent analytics capability that delivers trusted workforce intelligence to Talent and business leaders
- Implement enhanced workforce dashboards and measurement frameworks that improve visibility into workforce trends, risks, and opportunities
- Increase the adoption of data-driven workforce and talent decisions across DiTTO and key stakeholder groups
- Enable stronger integration of workforce, skills, and talent insights that directly support strategic workforce planning and talent transformation priorities
- Improve talent data quality, reporting consistency, and analytics efficiency across core workforce data domains
To qualify you must have- Experience leading talent analytics, people analytics, workforce intelligence, or related strategic analytics initiatives
- Demonstrated success translating workforce data into business insights and actionable recommendations
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to influence workforce, talent, or business decisions
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs in a matrixed environment
- Typically 5 plus years relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job is:
- New York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices - $124,800 to $212,200
- Bay Area California offices - $130,000 to $221,000
- All other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento - $104,000 to $194,500
- Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
