  • Advise hiring leaders by framing options, sharing practical recommendations, and anticipating immediate and future talent needs.

Build and Engage Talent Pipelines

  • Create and nurture high-quality talent pipelines for current and future Branch Network hiring needs.
  • Use sourcing tools, referrals, outreach strategies, and market research to identify and engage prospective talent.
  • Adjust pipeline and requisition strategies based on market response, changing priorities, and progress toward hiring outcomes.

Evaluate Talent and Guide Selection

  • Apply skills-based hiring practices to evaluate role-relevant capabilities, transferable experience, and demonstrated evidence of success.
  • Partner with hiring teams to create structured interview plans that promote consistency, fairness, inclusion, and alignment to role outcomes.
  • Prepare interview materials, facilitate evidence-based debriefs, and synthesize feedback into concise, evidence-based summaries.
