The Talent Acquisition Manager will own full-cycle recruiting across the organization, ensuring we attract, evaluate, and hire top-tier talent who align with our Core Values and support our mission. This individual will partner closely with leadership, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a fast, efficient, high-quality hiring experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Create & manage a recruiting pipeline to review regularly with leadership
  • Establish hiring objectives by forecasting talent needs and developing quarterly recruiting plans for each department
  • Maintain candidate flow, talent mix, and hiring quality by staying current with labor market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry benchmarks
  • Plan to ensure achievement of departmental and organizational hiring targets, aligning with company policies, Core Values, and workforce strategies
  • Coach, and support hiring managers to ensure a high professional standard is achieved and monthly hiring KPIs are met
  • Ensure hiring targets are delivered through strong process management and clear communication
  • Assess strengths and gaps in the recruiting process and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Provide on-the-ground support for hiring managers as they screen, interview, and select candidates
  • Meet with candidates to understand their evolving career needs and assess alignment with National Ramp's culture and mission
  • Develop and implement new recruiting initiatives, sourcing strategies, and programs to reach key demographics and emerging talent pools
  • Analyze recruiting trends, funnel performance, and hiring results
  • Identify emerging talent markets and opportunities for expansion
  • Provide daily report on recruiting activity and communicate Voice of Candidate (VOC) insights to the CEO.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate internal recruiting or high-volume recruiting in a growth company.
  • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and outreach tools.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers, including frontline managers and department heads, to align on candidate profiles.
  • Proven ability to drive intake, calibration, interview coordination, and offer coordination end to end.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting scheduling tools, and recruiting reporting dashboards.
  • Experience using AI platforms to support recruiting workflows.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.

Salary: The salary range for this position is 125,000-150,000 USD annually, plus bonus opportunities linked to personal and company performance.
