JOB SUMMARY:

 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for a variety of roles across all business support departments. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their workforce requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. From sourcing and screening candidates to managing the interview process and extending offers, you will ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience through strong communication, and your ability to build strong relationships to maintain a robust talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for a wide range of business support roles across various levels of seniority. Provide expert guidance to hiring managers and departments on the entire talent acquisition process, including the use of the applicant tracking system, interviewing techniques, candidate selection, evaluation, and best internal practices.
  • Work closely with HR business partners and hiring managers to review job descriptions, understand how the position fits into the department and determine candidate profile based on success factors and performance measures.
  • Implement sourcing strategies that provide for qualified and diverse candidate pools through networking, referrals, job postings and direct sourcing for passive talent. Seek out new and innovative ways to recruit top talent for open positions. Understand and execute against shifts in the marketplace that present recruiting opportunities.
  • Manage the recruiting process by engaging in timely and appropriate communications with all stakeholders to provide a best-in-class recruiting experience. Build a deep understanding of business units, role requirements and desired candidate profiles. Maintain candidate pipelines and relationships including sourcing, resume review, screening, scheduling, debriefing and offer negotiations.
  • Adopt a continuous improvement approach by collaborating with HR on team projects, regularly identifying opportunities to enhance processes and drive efficiency.
  • Provide general support with onboarding and orientation, off-boarding and training programs designed for the firm.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor27s degree required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive recruiting experience in fast-paced law or professional service firm environment.
  • Experience with recruiting technologies, such as iCIMS and LinkedIn, strongly preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and cross-functional partners; comfortability advising leaders on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Detail-oriented, problem solver with a strong desire to build a world-class support organization.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below and represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.

 

Boston: $88,600 - $135,100

 

Working Conditions

Normal office environment. Incumbent is expected to work on-site three (3) days per week. This is an exempt job, and the incumbent is expected to work the hours necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
