Full Job Description
A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist on the Emerging Talent team at MKS, you will partner with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to attract, hire, and develop emerging talent through internship, co-op, and early-career recruiting initiatives. You will report to the Manager of Emerging Talent and join an established global team dedicated to delivering results for our business while growing and excelling as a recruiting professional.
You Will Make an Impact By:
  • Managing the full-cycle recruiting process, including intake and advisory meetings, targeted recruiting strategies, candidate funnel management, stakeholder update meetings, and serving as a trusted advisor on compensation and offer recommendations.
  • Developing and fostering relationships with target universities through student organizations, targeted events, faculty, career services, and other campus partnerships.
  • Partnering with employees virtually and in person to define and execute school-specific recruiting initiatives.
  • Promoting and strengthening the MKS employer brand on campus to position MKS as an employer of choice.
  • Managing end-to-end planning and execution of campus recruiting events, including presentations, workshops, career fairs, information sessions, and networking events.
  • Facilitating intern onboarding, engagement activities, performance management processes, experience surveys, offboarding, and intern conversion activities to support a positive and impactful program experience.
  • Tracking recruiting and program metrics, including intern conversion rates, program participation, event effectiveness, and candidate pipeline health, while providing recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Traveling as needed during peak recruiting seasons.
Skills You Bring (Required Skills):
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of high-volume, end-to-end campus recruiting experience.
  • Minimum of 1+ year of intern or co-op program management experience.
  • Experience supporting intern conversion efforts, including partnership with hiring managers, candidate engagement, and offer execution.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and decision-making skills throughout the full-cycle recruiting process.
  • Ability to analyze recruiting and program data, track key metrics, and provide recommendations to improve hiring and conversion outcomes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • Flexibility to participate in occasional meetings outside of standard business hours to support stakeholders across North America.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience managing internship programs supporting 50+ interns and/or co-ops annually.
  • Experience developing strategies to convert interns into full-time employees and tracking intern conversion metrics and outcomes.
  • Experience recruiting outside of the United States, particularly in Canada and/or Mexico.
  • Experience building relationships with university stakeholders, including career services, faculty, student organizations, and campus groups.
  • Experience leveraging CRM platforms and campus sourcing tools such as RippleMatch, Yello, Abode, or Symba.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
• Perform activities such as sitting, standing, and typing for extended periods of time
• Operate in a professional office environment
• Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity equipment
• Noise level in the work environment is typically moderate
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position and is based on factors including qualifications, experience, training, operational and business needs, and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range for the role.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS.
