Full Job Description
Location: Los Angeles, CA (on-site)

This is a high-energy, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both proactively sourcing top talent and managing candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle. Approximately half of this role focuses on sourcing and talent pipeline development, while the other half is dedicated to full-cycle recruiting.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, relationship-driven, highly organized, and passionate about finding exceptional talent. They embrace new technologies, including AI, to improve recruiting efficiency and deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of departments, from sourcing through offer.
  • Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, Boolean searches, AI tools, and other creative strategies
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and guide them through the hiring process
  • Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer management
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism
  • Leverage AI and recruiting technologies to improve sourcing, efficiency, and hiring outcomes
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system
  • Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes
  • Support employer branding, recruiting initiatives, and other People Operations projects
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing techniques, and emerging technologies

Successful Candidates Will Possess:
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience, including significant experience sourcing passive candidates
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for a wide range of professional positions in a fast-paced environment
  • MUST have strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (such as ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter AI, Gemini, or similar technologies) to improve sourcing and recruiting workflows
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • A proactive, self-directed, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and Google Workspace

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $85,000 - $100,000+. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data.
