Full Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Art of Problem Solving (AoPS), you'll help build the teams that drive our mission. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for Part-Time Instructor roles in all of our regions, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify top talent and deliver a standout candidate experience. This is a 9-month temporary, Full-Time role with potential for extension and/or conversion - an opportunity to make an immediate, meaningful impact as we scale the teams inspiring the next generation of problem solvers.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will:
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of high-volume Part-Time Instructors from kickoff to offer acceptance.
  • Source and engage top talent through strategic outreach, paid channels, and innovative sourcing methods.
  • Extend offers and close top candidates.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the broader TA team to enhance systems, tools, and processes as AoPS continues to grow.
  • Stay informed on recruiting trends, compliance updates, and best practices to help AoPS maintain a high bar for hiring excellence.
The ideal candidate has:

  • Hiring Range: $95,000 - $105,000
