Position: Talent Acquisition Partner, Sr
Location: US (Remote 2+ months minimum duration)
*Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD annually

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Partner, Sr will support the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment and sourcing of talent across a wide range of job families including but not limited to artistic, admin, operation, finance, engineering, and managerial roles. This will be a full cycle recruitment function that works closely with internal client groups to achieve talent targets. The Sr TA Partner will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process, provide guidance to the hiring team, and manage the appropriate hiring goal and expectations.

MAIN DUTIES:
The Talent Acquisition Partner, Sr will handle full cycle recruitment process from intake to sourcing, screen, interview, and offer. They will partner with hiring teams to provide guidance and market conditions in order to perform proper goal settings and adjust expectations throughout the recruitment process. They will educate the hiring team on appropriate assessment and interview strategy. They will collaborate with the TA Coordinators to drive job posting, requisition creation, interview, candidate screening, and offer process. They will perform advanced LinkedIn searches and effectively use social media to source active and passive candidates and create an online community/ network. Other duties include:
  • Phone/email candidate screening.
  • Be the communication bridge between all cross functional departments throughout the recruitment process.
  • When necessary, pro-actively assist cross functional team in order to cross the recruitment finish line.
  • Promote positive candidate experience.
  • Flag potential issues throughout the recruitment process that includes but not limited to classification, pay equity, budget and approvals.
  • Assist in compiling reports.
  • Working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Interact and administer ATS system.


WHAT YOU BRING:
The ideal candidate will have prior recruitment experience in a corporate environment. Experience in the Entertainment industry is preferred but not required. They will have intermediate Excel skills (ie. Filter, Sort, basic formulas). They will have working knowledge of Outlook and its calendaring function, as well as prior 3rd party off the shelf ATS experience and pipelining. The ideal candidate will also bring the following:
  • Be able to communicate effectively through verbal and written form.
  • Calm and levelheaded demeanor.
  • LinkedIn search knowledge.
  • Entertainment, animation, or VFX experience in an artistic, operational, or HR capacity.
