This role is fully remote, supporting depot locations across the Northeast Region of the United States. We're ideally looking for candidates based in the Eastern Time zone to ensure strong alignment with regional hours of operation. Primary Job Accountabilities:- Full cycle recruiting including intakes, posting jobs, sourcing, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, generating offer letters and launching background checks
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to develop recruiting strategies for current and future hiring demands
- Source talent using traditional resources while proactively seeking new and creative ways to uncover talent
- Build and manage candidate pools and ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
- Promote a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers through best practices, continuous communication and thorough follow through
- Maintain thorough documentation in Workday; guide hiring managers on Workday as it relates to recruiting
- Collaboration on Talent Acquisition and broader HR team projects; other duties as assigned
Education, Requirements & Competencies:Minimum Qualifications:- 3+ years of recruiting experience, including recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate flow, track sourcing metrics, and maintain organized requisition pipelines
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sourcing/pipeline KPIs (e.g., number of qualified candidates sourced, time-to-fill, source-of-hire metrics)
- Experience actively sourcing candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards or professional networking sites
- Ability to leverage multiple sourcing channels simultaneously (job boards, social media, referral networks, niche/industry-specific sites) to build a diverse and qualified candidate pool
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented
- Comfortable using data and reporting tools to evaluate which sourcing channels are most effective and adjusting strategy accordingly
- Passion for superior candidate experience and diversity hiring
- Strong customer focus and superior relationship building skills with people at all levels. Ability to engage, teach and learn from hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Business acumen, business partnering skills and orientation towards results
- Understanding employment laws, compliance regulations, and recruiting best practice
- Strong understanding of employment branding principles and how to represent the company effectively when reaching out to candidates on external platforms
Preferred Qualifications: - Workday ATS experience highly preferred
- Phenom CRM or similar TA CRM preferred
- High volume recruiting experience preferred.
Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $75k - $95k annually, plus a 10%bonus opportunity. Please note that the base salary will vary based on experience, geographic location and market conditions.
