OverviewNissin Foods is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team. This position will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across our organization, with a key focus on corporate-level professionals and manufacturing leadership positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong sourcing expertise, and is passionate about finding and securing top talent that aligns with Nissin's values and culture.
Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and new hire onboarding
- Recruit for a range of roles including corporate functions (e.g., finance, marketing, supply chain) and plant-level leadership (e.g., production managers, quality supervisors)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to:
- Understand talent needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
- Review and enhance job descriptions to ensure clarity, alignment with role expectations, and consistency with company standards
- Proactively source candidates using various platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, employee referrals, and other creative methods
- Conduct behavioral-based interviews and assess candidates for both technical fit and cultural alignment
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Engage with community partners and local talent pipelines to enhance recruiting outreach and employer brand visibility
- Support employer branding efforts to help elevate Nissin's visibility as an employer of choice
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and/or an equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience
- 3-5 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success recruiting for corporate and leadership roles
- Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities with a high level of responsiveness
Preferred:
- Experience in CPG or manufacturing environments
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, CIR)
