Full Job Description
A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be partnering with different functions of the Gas Services business to deliver hiring ramp-ups across field engineering, installation and commissioning, technicians, outage and maintenance support, and related operational project teams. You will build talent pipelines that reflect travel, schedule, technical, safety, and customer-facing requirements, while using workforce demand, market intelligence, and recruiting data to guide leaders and keep delivery on track.

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across engineering, operations, project management, and skilled labor roles.
  • Develop talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery, including intake meetings, sourcing strategies, screening, interview coordination, and requisition closure in Avature.
  • Partner with sourcers, coordinators, agencies, HR teams, and business leaders to ensure effective communication and hiring outcomes.
  • Drive process, technology, and operational improvements to increase hiring speed, quality, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Train and support hiring managers, conduct interviews, and contribute to global talent acquisition initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, (equivalent relevant experience considered) and 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience (8+ in lieu of a degree), including high-volume, complex, or multi-site recruiting in corporate, RPO, or agency environments; advanced experience and education may qualify candidates for a higher-level role.
  • Proven ability to partner with operations and engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies, workforce plans, and risk mitigation actions.
  • Experience recruiting for technical and industrial roles (e.g., field engineering, service operations, skilled trades, maintenance); energy, power generation, aerospace, oil & gas, or heavy industry experience preferred.
  • Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, military and technical talent pipelines, with the ability to assess role demands, manage stakeholder expectations, and travel up to 20% as needed.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
